Valkyria Chronicles Remastered Coming to Switch in October

During its localisation-focused panel at PAX West, Sega announced that Valkyria Chronicles Remastered will be released for Nintendo Switch on October 16, 2018. The Switch release will be digital-only via the eShop, priced at $19.99, with those who have purchased Valkyria Chronicles 4 digitally on the console receiving at 25% discount.

Valkyria Chronicles Remastered is a remaster of the first Valkyria Chronicles game, which was originally released on PlayStation 3 in 2008. The remastered version was released in North America and Europe on PC in 2014 and PlayStation 4 in 2016. Valkyria Chronicles 4 — the series’ latest title — is due to be released on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on September 25, 2018.
