CD Projekt RED Details Cyberpunk 2077
Following the release of a new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 during the Xbox E3 Briefing, CD Projekt RED has revealed some details about the game, as well as providing a decent selection of images.
Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, narrative-driven RPG based on the pen-and-paper RPG system Cyberpunk 2020. The game follows V, a hired gun with a rising reputation in Night City. Cyberpunk 2077‘s version of the future is ruled by corporations, with Night City the most dangerous metropolis. Players will be able to customise V, including choosing their gender, appearance, character class, and background. The game is seen through V’s eyes and will feature an interactive dialogue system, though exact details on how this will work are yet to be revealed.
Cyberpunk 2077 is being developed for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. No release window has been announced.
