Chroma Squad Adds Episode Creation Tool

Behold Studios has released a free beta version of its new episode creator tool for tactical RPG Chroma Squad. The creator is currently available through Steam, with instructions on how to add the tool posted on the game’s Kickstarter and Steam pages. The episode creator lets players create their own episodes very similar to the ones in the game and share them via Steam Workshop.

Chroma Squad is heavily inspired by tokusatsu series such as Power Rangers and Kamen Rider, and was funded through Kickstarter in 2013. The game itself was released for PC, Mac, and Linux through Steam in 2015, and later released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One by Bandai Namco in 2017. Chroma Squad sees a group of five stunt actors splitting from their current employer to develop their own series and features multiple story routes as well as management sim aspects as players upgrade their studio equipment.
