Edge of Eternity Launches for PC in June
Developer Midgar Studio and publisher Dear Villagers announced that Edge of Eternity will launch for PC on June 8, 2021, after over two years on Steam Early Access. In addition, the companies announced dedicated PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game, which will launch alongside PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions in Q4 2021. A new trailer and new screenshots for the game can be viewed below.
Edge of Eternity looks to combine turn-based and tactical combat, using an ATB-based combat system as well as a combat grid and environmental interactions. The game is set on the planet Heryon, which is plunged into a war between its inhabitants and invaders from space, and follows Daryon and Selene as they look to find a cure for an affliction called the Corrosion.
