Story Trailer Released for Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for the upcoming Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition. The edition is a bundle containing both Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory, and is set to be released for PC and Nintendo Switch on October 18, 2019. The new trailer gives an overview of the games’ near-future setting and the premises of the two titles.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth was released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in 2016 and is a turn-based RPG based around a globally-popular virtual world named EDEN. An incident causes the main protagonist to blur the lines between the digital and physical worlds, and he ends up investigating various cyber crimes while trying to find a way to restore his normal form.

Hacker’s Memory is a follow-up released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in 2018. The game features a new protagonist named Keisuke Amazawa, though various characters from the previous game make appearances. Keisuke gets involved in the hacking world after being falsely accused of a crime.
