Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition Announced for PC, Switch

Bandai Namco has announced that it will be releasing Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition on October 18, 2019, for PC and Nintendo Switch. The edition is a bundle containing both Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth was released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in 2016 and is a turn-based RPG based around a globally-popular virtual world named EDEN. An incident causes the main protagonist to blur the lines between the digital and physical worlds, and he ends up investigating various cyber crimes while trying to find a way to restore his normal form.

Hacker’s Memory is a follow-up released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in 2018. The game features a new protagonist named Keisuke Amazawa, though various characters from the previous game make appearances. Keisuke gets involved in the hacking world after being falsely accused of a crime.

In other Digimon video game news, Bandai Namco also confirmed that strategy RPG Digimon Survive, which was previously slated for 2019, will now be released sometime in 2020. The game is being developed for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
