New Ravenswatch DLC Adds Kintarō

NACON and Passtech Games have released new DLC for top-down action roguelike Ravenswatch. The new DLC is available for $7.99 and adds a new playable character: Kintarō. The fourth DLC character in the game, Kintarō is based on the Japanese folk hero and wields a gigantic axe alongside or while riding his bear companion.

In addition to the DLC, the companies have also released a free update for the game, which reworks its characters’ Talent abilities. Various Talents have been rebalanced, merged, added, or removed, giving all playable characters different ways to play through abilities.

Ravenswatch sees players control heroes from tales and legends as they slay hordes of nightmarish creatures. It can be played solo or in co-op with up to four players. The game released on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S in 2024, followed by Nintendo Switch in 2025. A Nintendo Switch 2 version is planned to release later this year.
