First Part of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s DAIMA DLC Launching in July

Bandai Namco announced that its newest DLC for action RPG Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will release in a couple of months. DAIMA: Adventure Through the Demon Realm Part 1, the first of two planned parts, will release for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on July 17, 2025. The second part is planned to release in early 2026. A bundle containing both parts is available to pre-order for $34.99.

DAIMA: Adventure Through the Demon Realm is based on the Dragon Ball DAIMA animated series that takes place between the events of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super. It follows Goku (Mini) and his friends Glorio, Shin, and Panzy’s journey through the Third Demon Realm and includes the Power Pole technique unique to Goku (Mini) Super Saiyan.

Developed by CyberConnect2, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is a retelling of Dragon Ball Z, a manga and anime series centered on Kakarot, more commonly known as Goku. The game released worldwide in January 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, with a Nintendo Switch version following in 2021 and dedicated PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions released in January 2023.
