Vegeta Flies, Fishes, and Fights in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Gameplay

Bandai Namco released a gameplay trailer for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot focusing on Vegeta. The six-minute trailer follows the Saiyan prince as he flies around the world map, fishes, cooks food at a campsite, collects items for a quest, and shows off the game’s battle system in a three-on-one melee. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is heading to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 17, 2020.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is an open-world action RPG set in the Dragon Ball universe. Multiple characters from the franchise are playable as the game starts with Goku during the early stages of the Saiyan Arc and follows the events of the series up to the Buu Saga. The game will also add side quests that introduce never-before-seen moments and explores new aspects of the series’ lore. Akira Toriyama was also involved in creating a new character named Bonyu, a former Ginyu Force member who acts as a sparring partner.
