Border Town Available on Steam Early Access

Publisher 2P Games and developer Goho Games released sandbox RPG Border Town on Steam Early Access. The title is expected to spend one or two years in Early Access prior to its full release for PC. The game is priced at $14.99, with a 10% launch discount available until February 5, 2025.

Border Town is set in a fantasy world where the once peaceful titular town has been ravaged by an orc invasion. It follows an amnesiac protagonist who is tasked with rebuilding the town after being rescued by a locale. Players can take part in activities such as crafting, farming, hunting, building, fishing, and trading, with more planned for the full release.

As they rebuild it, players must manage the town and its resources, while keeping it safe from hostile monsters’ attacks. As the story progresses, the protagonist meets new NPCs who has their own needs and may collaborate to restore Border Town to its former glory. The game features over 600 items covering crops, equipment, tools, weapons, gear, and materials.
