Welcome to the latest edition of RPGamer’s round-up column, where we look back at some of the articles that we have posted over the previous week. This article is designed to give reminders of some interesting content and stories that our readers might have missed.

Rabbit & Bear Studios’ Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes pays homage to a beloved RPG series. Sam Wachter finds out whether the spiritual successor to Suikoden sticks the landing.

Final Fantasy XVI’s second DLC, The Rising Tide, is available now. Alex Fuller reports that it offers an appreciable reason to draw players back into Valisthea, though ultimately plays things safe.


Major News

Curve Games and Microbird announced a July release date for Alpine action RPG Dungeons of Hinterberg. Steam players will be able to get an early look with a playtest in May.

Serenity Forge and Moonana announced a long-awaited summer release window for Keylocker. The cyberpunk RPG is confirmed for PC and Xbox Series X|S.

Spike Chunsoft released a free update for Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island. The update adds new challenges for players, plus some other adjustments.

During the ID@Xbox Showcase, developer C2 Game Studio revealed the release date for its upcoming action RPG Astor: Blade of the Monolith. The title will launch in May on several platforms.

DreadXP has announced the full release of Lovely Hellplace’s open-world RPG Dread Delusion. The game is due to exit Early Access on Steam in a couple of weeks.

Independent developer Jarnell Marasigan announced a Kickstarter campaign for Crown Code Chronicles. The turn-based RPG features a story heavily involving time travel.
