Vagrus – The Riven Realms Gets Praetor Edition Bundle

Lost Pilgrim Studio has released the Praeter Edition for the fantasy RPG Vagrus – The Riven Realms on time for the Steam spring sale. The edition is currently available for $52.79 and acts as a definitive bundle of the game, featuring the Patronage Pack, soundtrack, and Season Pass, which includes the Sunfire and Moonshadow expansion, along with two upcoming DLCs. The “Companion DLC” will release in the first half of 2024, with the “Region DLC” following in the second half of the year. Players who already own Vagrus products will only pay for the contents of the Praeter Edition they currently don’t own.

Vagrus – The Riven Realms is set in a dark fantasy world where players take on the role of a caravan leader trying to survive in a world devastated by the Elder Gods while venturing through wastelands swarming with hostile creatures. The game features branching stories, resource management, companions that can be upgraded by completing personal quest lines for them, and the option to ally with factions in exchange for rewards. However, joining one faction comes with the price of attracting animosity from others. It was released for PC, Mac, and Linux on October 5, 2021.

I have been gaming since I received the Sega Master System as a young child, which was the first console I ever owned (Yes, I am that old). The game that got me into RPGs was Final Fantasy VIII, a game that I still adore to this day. My favorite RPG of all time, however, is Shadow Hearts on the PS2.
