Born of Bread Physical Collector’s Edition Revealed

Specialist publisher Pix’n Love revealed more details for its upcoming physical release of Dear Villagers and WildArts Studio’s adventure RPG Born of Bread. The physical release for the game is now planned for Q2 2024 on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, and will come in two editions: a standard edition and a collector’s Deluxious Edition. The Deluxious Edition is exclusive to Pix’n Love’s online store and can be pre-ordered now, priced at €129.90 and limited to 150 copies on PlayStation 5 and 350 copies on Nintendo Switch. It includes:

• Standard physical edition of Born of Bread with reversible cover
• A certificate of authenticity
• A 80-page artbook with an interview of the developers
• Vinyl OST
• Four lithographs
• A premium box

Born of Bread released digitally in December 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. It stars Loaf, a flour golem in a mystical land that is under threat from beings from another age. The game features a 2.5D visual style, with turn-based combat that utilises QTE elements. Weapons feature a mixture of physical and special damage types, which enemies have different weaknesses and resistances to.
