Born of Bread Gets Console Demo

Publisher Dear Villagers and developer WildArts Studio have released a console demo for lighthearted party-based RPG Born of Bread. The demo is available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in North America and Europe, as well as on Nintendo Switch in Europe. It contains access to the the first hour of the game, introducing its combat and skill tree.

Born of Bread stars Loaf, a flour golem in a mystical land that is under threat from beings from another age. The game features a 2.5D visual style, with turn-based combat that utilises QTE elements. Weapons feature a mixture of physical and special damage types, which enemies have different weaknesses and resistances to. The game is also planned to release on PC; a release date has not yet been announced.
