Born of Bread Getting Physical Release

Specialist publisher Pix’n Love announced it is partnering with Dear Villagers and WildArts Studio for a physical release of adventure RPG Born of Bread. The physical edition of the game — which released digitally this week for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch — will be available for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, and is planned to release in Q1 2024.

Born of Bread stars Loaf, a flour golem in a mystical land that is under threat from beings from another age. The game features a 2.5D visual style, with turn-based combat that utilises QTE elements. Weapons feature a mixture of physical and special damage types, which enemies have different weaknesses and resistances to.
