Remnant II Trailer Shows the Dran

The latest trailer from Gunfire Games and Gearbox Publishing for action RPG Remnant II shows the Dran. The Dran are a human-like people who, after the Dran and Fae worlds merged into one, became hive-minded and prone to leaping into a frenzy. However, there are the Awoken Dran, those who did change with the joining of the worlds, and who are outcasts in the new Dran society.

In addition to the new trailer, THQ Nordic announced that it is acting as distributor for the game’s physical retail release. The game will be available physically and digitally on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, as well as digitally on PC this summer.

Remnant II is a sequel to 2019’s Remnant: From the Ashes. Like its predecessor, the game has up to three players battling the Root through semi-random campaigns that seeds a unique path through the game when started. It features a mix of shooting and melee combat with a heavier focus on the customizable archetypes.
