Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 Details More Game Mechanics

CyberConnect2 released new details for Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 ahead of its release in a couple of weeks. The latest update covers the airship services and expedition features of the game, including new gameplay footage and screenshots.

The airship gives support to the children on board their tank as they participate in missions. It can provide a variety of assistance, including supplying HP and SP recovery, bombing upcoming enemies, or moving the tank onto a different route. In addition, the children will sometimes come across a variety of people. They can make choices and gain potential bonuses based on those choices.

The game will also see the return of expeditions from Fuga: Melodies of Steel. These allow a small party children to investigate ruins, where they can obtain items including materials needed to expand their on-board facilities. Expeditions will see players needing to watch out for traps and monsters, overcoming them using a firearm.

Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 takes place a year after the events of Fuga: Melodies of Steel and sees the children once again boarding a giant tank, on a rescue mission to save their comrades after the Taranis goes berserk. The game will release worldwide on May 11, 2023, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. A Digital Deluxe Edition will be available that includes an 80-page digital art book, a 15-track digital soundtrack, in-game sleepwear costumes, an in-game Dummy Energy for the Managarm, an in-game Dummy Soul for the Soul Cannon, and a set of in-game items.

I really wish they would make a physical collectors edition of both games! I want a legit art book and a model of the Taranis or the children. Please!!!! Bundle them together or make a separate collectors edition for each, I don’t care I just want something.
