Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores Expansion Announced

Sony and Guerrilla Games have announced the Burning Shores expansion for action RPG Horizon Forbidden West. The expansion sees Aloy head into the wilds of Los Angeles, which is now a volcanic archipelago. It follows on the from the events of the main game and will release for PlayStation 5 (with no plans for a PlayStation 4 release) on April 19, 2023.

Horizon Forbidden West is the sequel to 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn and follows Aloy as she travels to the remains of the western United States to investigate a red blight that is wreaking havoc on the environment and weather.
