Vestaria Saga Gaiden Rebranded to Vestaria Saga II

DANGEN Entertainment announced that follow developer Vestaria Project’s decision to rebrand its Vestaria Saga Gaiden titles, Vestaria Saga Gaiden: The Sacred Sword of Silvanister will be released in English as Vestaria Saga II: The Sacred Sword of Silvanister. The game is a follow-up to Vestaria Saga I: War of the Scions, which was released for PC in English in 2019, with development on both titles led by Fire Emblem creator Shouzou Kaga.

The publisher also confirmed that the English release of the game will include new music, an upgraded resolution (1280 x 720), game completion bonuses, the ability to save every turn, an auto-save, rebalanced difficulty, and more. Vestaria Saga II is still planned to launch for PC via Steam and GOG.com in 2022.

The Sacred Sword of Silvanister is one of two titles originally released in Japanese under the Vestaria Saga Gaiden name, and was released in Japan in 2019. It continues the adventure of Vestaria Saga I’s Zade as he teams up with new and previous allies while he learns more about the mysteries behind the Margulites and their plans.
