Vestaria Saga Gaiden: The Sacred Sword of Silvanister English Release Announced

DANGEN Entertainment announced it is localising Vestaria Project’s strategy RPG Vestaria Saga Gaiden: The Sacred Sword of Silvanister. The game is a follow-up to Vestaria Saga I: War of the Scions, which was released for PC in English in 2019, with development on both titles led by Fire Emblem creator Shouzou Kaga. Vestaria Saga Gaiden: The Sacred Sword of Silvanister will launch for PC via Steam and GOG.com in 2022.

The Sacred Sword of Silvanister is one of two Vestaria Saga Gaiden titles currently available in Japanese, with a third currently in development, and was released in Japan in 2019. It continues the adventure of Vestaria Saga I’s Zade as he teams up with new and previous allies while he learn more about the mysteries behind the Margulites and their plans. The game includes new classes, equipment, and skills, while ally conversations provide attribute boosts and other bonuses. There are over thirty recruitable characters, with multiple story paths and endings, and players are able to save during battle every five turns.
