Super Robot Wars 30 to Release in October [Updated]

Update — Bandai Namco has officially announced that Super Robot Wars 30 will release worldwide for PC via Steam on October 28, 2021. The game open for pre-purchases now, starting at $59.99/€49.99/£39.99. A western PC trailer can be viewed below.

Bandai Namco announced that Super Robot Wars 30 will launch on October 28, 2021, in Japan and Southeast Asia for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. There has been no announcement of a western release, but the Southeast Asian version will have English subtitles. A trailer showcasing some of the characters available in the game can be viewed below.

Super Robot Wars 30 was announced during the series’ 30th anniversary celebrations. The franchise is known for its large accumulation of robots from numerous anime and manga properties joining together to battle a greater threat. Super Robot Wars 30 is a strategy RPG and includes an auto battle mode. Standard, Digital Deluxe, Digital Ultimate, and (physical) Super Limited Editions will be available for the game in Japan.
