Rogue Lords Gets Story Trailer

NACON released a new trailer for the upcoming party-based roguelike Rogue Lords. The game is set in a version of the 17th century where mortals and other entities live side-by-side, where players control the Devil after he is forced the retreat to hell following a defeat. In addition to regaining his powers, he looks to restore the spread of corruption and re-exert his control over the world. To do this, he forms a team of others dedicated to evil, including Bloody Mary, Dracula, the White Lady, and Baron Samedi.

Rogue Lords is being developed by Cyanide Studio and Leikir Studio and is set to be released this fall for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The game features a 3D map with players choosing how to sow the corruption. Though it is game over if players fall, as a last resort they can directly use the Devil’s power to cheat via the game interface.
