Morgana Gives Fifth Travel Report on Persona 5 Scramble

Atlus released the fifth entry in its Morgana’s Travel Report series of videos for Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. The video provides details on the Kyoto portion of the game, with some new screenshots also released.

The Phantom Thieves stop by Kyoto on their summer travels at the suggestion of police officer Zenkichi Hasegawa, who travels with them to the city. Kyoto is Zenkichi’s hometown and where his daughter Akane, a fan of the Phantom Thieves, lives. As with other cities, Kyoto has its own Jail, which appears to be related to an incident involving the Madicce IT company. Kyoto’s Jail takes a futuristic appearance and includes elements such as security robots and cameras.

Persona 5 Scramble is an action RPG spin-off/sequel being developed by Atlus alongside Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force studio and takes place in the summer following the events of Persona 5 as the Phantom Thieves travel to a number of cities across Japan following a new Palace-related incident. The game is set to launch in Japan for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on February 20, 2020, with a newly-announced demo set to be released on February 6, 2020, for both platforms. A western release has not been officially announced.
