Death end re;Quest 2 Opening Movie Released

Compile Heart has released the opening movie for the upcoming Death end re;Quest 2, sequel to last year’s visual novel RPG. The trailer, featuring the song “Bug Fixer”, performed by Gesshoku Kaigi, features the game’s four female leads: Mai Touyama, Rotten Dollheart, Liliana Pinnata, and returning protagonist Shiina Ninomiya.

Death end re;Quest 2 takes place fictional European city of Liz Shoala, and follows Mai Touyama’s search for her disappeared sister. In order to do this, she moves into the Wardsworth girls’ dormitory, and it isn’t long before other girls begin to disappear. The game is due out in Japan on February 13, 2020, for PlayStation 4, with no current announcement of a western release.
