Astral Chain Prepares for Launch with New Trailer

Nintendo has released a launch trailer for PlatinumGames’ Astral Chain ahead of the game’s arrival on Nintendo Switch on Friday, August 30, 2019. The two-and-a-half-minute trailer is story-focused, primarily showing a blonde-haired antagonist and one of the two siblings available for players to select at the start of the game.

Astral Chain is set in a futuristic, multicultural city called The Ark. Players act as a rookie officer in Neuron, a task force dedicated to overcoming the threat of alien creatures that appear in the city through extradimensional gates. Neuron officers partner with a Legion, a living weapon that works in tandem with them. Players are given control of both their character and their Legion at the same time.
