Nintendo Treehouse Shows More Astral Chain

PlatinumGames’ Astral Chain received another segment at Nintendo’s Treehouse broadcast on the second day of E3 in Los Angeles. This second part of gameplay footage starts with a look at the game’s investigation sections and also features combat, skill trees, and a couple of boss fights.

Astral Chain is set in a futuristic, multicultural city called The Ark. Players act as a rookie officer in Neuron, a task force dedicated to overcoming the threat of alien creatures that appear in the city through extradimensional gates, choosing either the male or female character of a pair of twins. The game is set to be released exclusively on Nintendo Switch on August 30, 2019.
