I haven’t done a dedicated RPG character Halloween costume; the closest I’ve done is either Mario or a Jedi. I’m thinking this year of just wearing my normal outfit and say I was the result of hitting random in The Outer Worlds.
I haven’t, no. I’m already a fairly hard to look at guy as is (you can find proof of that in any of my YouTube or Twitch videos 🤣). Don’t need to make that worse by wearing a bad costume of a character I tried to make myself with no skill or knowledge on how to do that. And I don’t have the disposable thousands of dollars to spend for a decent looking cosplay maker to make me one.
But if I did, I’d cosplay as the ugliest, most mannish looking FemShep, because there is only one Shepard and that is FemShep.

When I was little, I dressed as Geno from Super Mario RPG for one Halloween. My mom actually made the costume for me. No one knew who I was, but that didn’t stop me.
Well, I have dressed as a skeleton, so I guess you could say I was Sans – albeit that was decades before Undertale was released… I’ve been a pirate too, so let’s say, er, Tales of Eternia. Airfread? Or Jack Sparrow from the uncanny valley of Kingdom Hearts?
Going back to the previous QotW, feel like I missed a trick by not defending 8-bit RPGs. Dragon Quest IV is still a great game today (although I have only played the modern remake, so…)
Oh yes I have dressed up. I dabbled a little in cosplay in college, though I’ve only made three costumes. One of them is of Raine Sage from Tales of Symphonia. I had a lot of help with it; a friend of my mother’s made most of the orange overcoat and I had the wig custom-made. I got a lot of compliments for it at a convention I went to, and even took a photo with someone cosplaying as Genis.
I dressed up as Millennia from Grandia 2 once, and surprised the heck out of a friend who didn’t think I was serious when I said I’d do it.
Dressing up as Joker from Persona 5 sounds really cool. I’d love to be Joker for a day.
