BattleTech Finds Date for Flashpoint

Paradox Interactive and Harebrained Schemes have announced the date for the first expansion for BattleTech. The expansion, known as Flashpoint, will release on November 27, 2018, for Steam, GOG, and Paradox Plaza for the price of $19.99. Two new bundles are also being introduced for the game. The BattleTech Season Pass is now available for pre-order for $49.99 and will come with all content released thus far, Flashpoint, the follow-up expansion Urban Warfare, and the final expansion set to release in late 2019. For the next week, the expansion will be twenty percent off. The BattleTech Mercenary Collection, meant for newcomers, will feature the Deluxe Edition of the game bundled with the Season Pass for $89.99.

Flashpoint will introduce branching, multi-mission contracts to the game that will present new ways to interact with the Houses and their politics. New mechs, a new biome, and a new type of mission will also be included.
