Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition Out on PS4, Xbox One; Coming Soon to Switch

Square Enix has released Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One worldwide. Unlike the iOS, Android, and Windows 10 releases, where episodes could be purchased individually, the console version is a single purchase priced at $29.99/£24.99/€29.99, with a 40% launch discount to $17.99/£14.99/€17.99 until September 13, 2018 (the European PlayStation 4 discount is exclusive to PS Plus members). The game is also confirmed as coming soon to Nintendo Switch, though no release date has been given.

Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition puts Final Fantasy XV into a new art style with an isometric camera, splitting the game into ten chapters. The Pocket Edition was originally released in February 2018 for iOS and Android, with a Windows 10 version released in June 2018.
