Child of Light Coming to Switch in October

Ubisoft has announced that it will be releasing Child of Light on Nintendo Switch. The game will be released for the console as Child of Light: Ultimate Edition on October 11, 2018. The side-scrolling RPG tells the tale of Aurora, a young girl aiming to save both the kingdom of Lemuria and her father while aided by the firefly Igniculus and various other party members.

Child of Light was originally released in 2014 and is available on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The game won RPGamer’s Best Graphics award along with placing as a runner-up for Best Console Game, Best Music, and Most Original Game.
