Shenmue I & II Remaster Set for August
Sega has announced that it will be releasing its remaster of the first two Shenmue games worldwide on August 21, 2018. Shenmue I & II will be available digitally on PC and both physically and digitally on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with the physical edition including a double-sided poster and reversible cover art.
Shenmue I & II will include all of the original features of the titles, as well as modern and classic control schemes, various graphical options, an updated UI, and English and Japanese voice acting. The two games were originally released for Sega Dreamcast (with the second also being released on Xbox), and follow Ryo Hazuki as he sets out to avenge his father’s death. Shenmue III is planned for release on PC and PlayStation 4 in 2019.
