Sega Explains Shenmue I & II’s Story

Ahead of the release of the Shenmue I & II remaster collection later this month, Sega has released a new trailer. The video below is the first of a series that features Corey Marshall — voice actor for protagonist Ryo Hazuki — exploring various aspects of the game. This first video focuses on the game’s story as Ryo investigates and seeks revenge for his father’s murder.

Shenmue I & II is set to be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on August 21, 2018. The collection will include all of the original features of the titles, as well as modern and classic control schemes, various graphical options, an updated UI, and English and Japanese voice acting. Shenmue III is planned for release on PC and PlayStation 4 in 2019.
