Valkyria Chronicles 4 Shows More Characters, Gets Japanese Demo

Sega released the third in its series of character trailers for upcoming tactical RPG Valkyria Chronicles 4. This trailer shows some of the supporting cast on the Federation side of the game: Angelica Farnaby, Minerva Victor, Karen Stewart, and Ragnarok, as well as the amphibious cruiser Centurion and its crew. In addition, a demo for the game is now available in Japan for PlayStation 4. The demo lets players play up to the second chapter in the campaign, with progress carrying over to the full release. Those who play until the end of the demo will also unlock an extra mission heavily involving the new Grenadier class.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 is planned for release in Japan for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 21, 2018, with a Switch version arriving in summer 2018. The game is also set to be released for those same platforms in North America and Europe in 2018.
