Valkyrie Elysium hits PS4 and PS5 next week, but Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth will not be joining it. The remaster of the first game in the Valkyrie Profile series will now hit the consoles in December.
Square Enix announced a September release for Valkyrie Elysium on PS4 and PS5, where it will be joined by a port of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. The game will also be hitting PC in November.
Its release yesterday didn’t receive much fanfare, but Valkyria Profile: Lenneth is now available on iOS and Android. Though its initial announcement appeared to be only for Japan, the mobile version is in fact available worldwide.

What Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth does best is show a great deal of courage when it comes to basic RPG design. Swinging far wide of normal RPG conventions, the game offers a highly unique and creative approach to the genre.
