Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth Release Pushed Back

Square Enix announced it is delaying the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 release of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth. Previously planned to launch alongside Valkyrie Elysium next week, the game will now release on December 22, 2022. Those who pre-ordered Valkyrie Elysium’s Digital Deluxe Edition will still receive a copy of Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth on its new December date, with Valkyrie Elysium still planned to release on September 29, 2022.

Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth’s PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 release is a port of the PlayStation Portable remaster of the first Valkyrie Profile game. It follows the valkyrie Lenneth as she recruits spirits to act as einherjar for the coming of Ragnarok, and features a turn-based combat system where the entire party can act simultaneously.
