Fallout 76 Gets Beta Dates, Intro Video

Bethesda Softworks has announced the planned dates for the beta of Fallout 76. Known as the Break-It Early Test Application, the beta will have a staggered release based on platform. Players on the Xbox One will gain access to the beta on October 23, 2018, while PlayStation 4 and PC will have the beta begin on October 30, 2018. Access to the beta will be limited to those who pre-order the game. Servers will not be available throughout the entirety of the beta as the game will be frequently updated. The intro video for the game was also released, setting the tone for the game.

Fallout 76 is the series’ first foray into multiplayer and is designed from the ground up to be so. Players will be able to party with up to four people in an open world portion of West Virginia four times the size of Fallout 4‘s map. The game releases on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on November 14, 2018.
