Agent of Strange: Arrival Prologue Now Available
After a small delay, HypeTrain Digital and Studio Sever have released the free Arrival prologue for upcoming thriller RPG Agent of Strange. The standalone prologue is available now for PC via Steam. It includes the first chapter of the game, providing an introduction to its world, core mechanics, and decisions.
Agent of Strange is a new title from some of the team behind The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante, with other members going on to found Schisma Games and creating direct follow-up The Life and Suffering of Prince Jerian. The game is billed as a narrative roleplaying sandbox thriller set in the early 20th-century occult city of Brocken, which has been taken over by the Traum Family, a clan of aristocrats who entered a forbidden passage called the Red Door and came back changed. Players control an undercover agent working for a secret conspiracy seeking to defeat the Traum Family, with players able to choose their character’s cover, actions, and beliefs and resolve confrontations through combat, persuasion, deception, or avoidance.
