Rev. NOiR Releasing Next Year
Konami announced that ILCA-developed action RPG Rev. NOiR will release in 2027. The game will be available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The announcement comes alongside a pair of new trailers, including the first gameplay footage, plus the first details about the game’s story.
Rev. NOiR is set in a world where humanity is said to have been guided by a heavenly entity called the Determinant through astral ordinances that are intended to preserve peace. However, the world is threatened by a phenomenon called Lightfall, which brings death to all it touches. The game follows a boy named Asch, who has been given an ordinance to “save many people”. After encountering Fine and her guard, Diana, in a remote village, Asch decides to join them on a quest to defeat the mysterious provitons that are believed to be the source of the Lightfall.
