Hibera, Requiem for the Forgotten Demo Available Now
Solo developer Bad Juice Games has released a public demo for tactical RPG Hibera, Requiem for the Forgotten. The demo, available now onĀ Steam, features the same contents as the event demo available at A MAZE Berlin or GamerFest Dublin, letting players try out three story missions.
Hibera, Requiem for the Forgotten is inspired by GBA Fire Emblem titles as well as Irish culture and the Italian Renaissance. It follows two bands of friends and warriors on opposing sides of a continent-spanning war as the fractious Tri-Kingdom Alliance of Atha, Lundale, and Cathebria, narrowly holds against the overseas empire of Quiretia. The game features grid-based combat with weapon triangle mechanics, permadeath, and randomised stat gains. It also includes fog-of-war and terrain-based bonuses.
