The Last Worlds: Crossed Souls Releasing in Early Access in August
Developer Lupio Studios announced that action adventure RPG The Last Worlds: Crossed Souls will release in Steam Early Access on August 1, 2026. The game, which has been in development since 2020, is currently expected to spend two to three years in Early Access, with console versions planned to follow. A demo is currently available through Steam.
The Last Worlds: Crossed Souls is set on the planet Ness-444 and follows Matwin, the last human, and Lupio, a rare creature called as Nessky. The game sees the duo setting out to discover their origins, with players able to switch between both characters. Matwin can wield a variety of weapons, while Lupio has access to various hidden powers. During the game, players will encounter other Nessky, which come in many different species. Some will offer players safe places to take refuge, while others have been corrupted by darkness and see them as a threat. In addition, rare species will manifest as calamities. The game will also feature crafting elements.
