Narrative Farming Sim Delphinium Announced
Serenity Forge and Cinnadev have announced narrative farming sim Delphinium. The game is in development for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, and is planned to release in 2027.
Delphinium puts players in the role of Haiyan, who left her village several years ago to follow her older brother on a quest to rebuild their war-torn homeland. Returning after her brother’s execution, dealing with grief, and lacking direction, Haiyan looks to piece her life back together while restoring her quiet village of outcasts.
The game’s story unfolds across a dynamic day-and-night cycle, with each action developing her relationships. Players can talk with other villagers to learn about their pasts and make choices that impact the story. The game includes daily quests, farming, fishing, and cooking meals that can be given as gifts.
