Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.1 Update Releasing July 16
HoYoverse announced that Zenless Zone Zero‘s version 2.1 update will release on July 16, 2025. Titled “The Impending Crash of Waves”, the update will take players to new areas with its new story content: Sailume Bay and Fantasy Resort. It will add two new playable characters from the Spook Shack faction, Ukinami Yuzuha and Alice Thymefield, as well as new Bangboo Miss Esme, while Void Hunter Miyabi and Yanagi will get reruns. The update will also introduce events where players can restore the Fantasy Resort through various mini-games and activities such as surfing and shooting challenges, as well as new fishing spots.
Zenless Zone Zero is an action RPG set in the post-apocalyptic metropolitan city of New Eridu and is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS, and Android. The city is the only place to have survived a supernatural disaster in which gateways to perilous dimensions called Hollows appear and expand. Players control Proxies, those who guide others exploring the Hollows.
