Evil Wizard Coming to PlayStation Consoles

Independant developer Rubber Duck Games announced the release date for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of its action RPG Evil Wizard. The title will launch on these consoles on May 23, 2024, after previously being released on PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG.com), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

In Evil Wizard, players assume the role of a wizard who has been evicted from his castle and stripped of great part of his magical powers. The story follows the wizard in his quest of vengeance against the heroes who now occupy his castle. The game is billed as drawing inspiration from Conker’s Bad Fur Day and Deadpool regarding its humoristic tone. It features pixel-art environments, while gameplay involves fighting a great number of enemies, avoiding traps, and solving puzzles. As the player progresses in the game, the Evil Wizard recovers parts of his powers that can be used to unlock new paths.
