Cassette Beasts Gets Multiplayer Update and Collaboration Event

Publisher Raw Fury and developer Bytten Studio released an online multiplayer update for monster-battling RPG Cassette Beasts. The update is available for all current platforms and supports cross play. In addition, an in-game collaboration event with Moonstone Island is also featured. The details pertaining to the multiplayer update and the collaboration can be found in here.

Cassette Beasts takes players to New Wirral, a remote island filled with monsters of all shapes and sizes. The residents have learned to fight back by recording the monsters on cassettes and playing the tapes back to use them in battle. The game features turn-based combat, with an open world where players travel around with a companion. Cassette Beasts is currently available on PC, Linux, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, with a mobile release planned. Fascinated by the screens since I saw them, video games are a sorcery I quickly become obsessed with. This passion culminated with the discovery of the RPGs. At that time, they were likely the sole titles where story and world building mattered as more as gameplay. Now, I am, writing about them, especially my favorite ones: the JRPGs!
