Sword Art Online: Last Recollection Final DLC Released

Bandai Namco released the final DLC for the action RPG Sword Art Online: Last Recollection. This DLC, titled Ritual of Bonds Vol 2, has the same premise as the game’s first DLC, where the appearance of a dungeon under the Obsidia Castle Town prompts Kirito and his friends to explore the new area. Inside this dungeon, they must take part in a trial, which can only be challenged in pairs. This new DLC adds additional characters from the source material and past games: Alice, Eugeo, Leafa, Yuuki, Rain, Seven, Kureha, Zeliska, and Medina.

Sword Art Online: Last Recollection is intended as the last entry in the connected game series that began with Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment and is based on the War of the Underworld arc from the anime. It follows an original storyline chronicling what might have happened if Eugeo never met his tragic end in the War of the Underworld. The game is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, with a demo available that allows players to transfer their save data over to the full game.
