Potionomics: Masterwork Edition Coming in Fall

Publisher XSEED Games announced that Voracious Games’s management sim/deckbuilder Potionomics is coming to consoles. The game will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch as Potionomics: Masterwork Edition in fall 2024. It will be available in a physical Limited Box Set, available to pre-order from XSEED Games’s online store for $49.99 at a later date, which includes a physical version of the original 120+ page digital art book, a 58-track two-disc soundtrack, and a set of twelve trading cards.

The Masterwork Edition of the game will include all of the post-launch updates and improvements from its PC version, plus new voice acting, a new Endless gameplay mode, additional difficulty levels, and more. In addition, the PC version will receive a free update, with details to be revealed soon.

Potionomics stars Sylvia, a witch struggling to save her shop from a debt collector. Fortunately, she has help from other merchants, adventurers, and an overbearing owl. Players will need to get Sylvia to master both potion brewing and salesmanship in order to stock up and earn money, with the game featuring a card-based sales encounter system.
