Below the Stone Available on Early Access
Publisher Apogee Entertainment and developer Strollart have released mining action roguelike Below the Stone as an Early Access title. The Early Access version is available on Steam and GOG.com, priced at $19.99 with a 10% launch discount. The Early Access release comes ahead of a planned full launch in 2024 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
Below the Stone follows a group of dwarves looking to descend into the deepest depths of the world and find the treasures within. As players descend the procedurally-generated cave complexes, they can find rare gems that can be socketed onto equipment to grant magical buffs, but each new level brings more dangerous foes and biomes. Ahead of each dive, players can prepare by crafting equipment, socketing gems, and brewing potions with resources gathered during previous expeditions.
