Backpack Hero Fully Releases on PC, Switch

Publisher Different Tales and developer Jaspel have fully released Backpack Hero on PC, Mac, Linux, and Nintendo Switch. The “inventory management roguelike” is available digitally through Steam, GOG.com, Itch.io, the Epic Games Store, and the Nintendo eShop for $19.99 with a 15% launch discount.

Backpack Hero puts players in the role of an adventurer taking on dungeons and foes with only what they can fit in their backpack. Inventory management is crucial, with items potentially having different effects when placed into different areas in the backpack. Players can also upgrade their base town and rescue animals, unlocking new overworld content.
