SaGa Emerald Beyond Announced

Square Enix has announced SaGa Emerald Beyond, the newest entry in the long-running SaGa franchise. SaGa Emerald Beyond is planned to arrive as a digital-only release for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, iOS, and Android in 2024.

SaGa Emerald Beyond features six unique heroes setting out on a dramatic adventure that takes them through many different worlds. Emerald Beyond continues the series tradition of free-form player choice influencing a complex, branching narrative. The game features a new take on the strategic turn-based combat system which offers more depth and customization in combat as well. Players can get a first look at the characters, worlds, and combat in the debut trailer below. The Saga series originally debuted in the west in 1990 under the title Final Fantasy Legend.
