Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Gets Content Roadmap

Developer Team Ninja released more information about upcoming content to action RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. In the first director’s letter, the game’s director Masakazu Hirayama provided a roadmap for the upcoming content in the game, stating that the team is focusing on two primary points: “expanding the scope of strategy with a focus on action and RPG” and “improving the ease of playability”.

The new updates and content planned for the game begin with a free update coming later this month, which will add a Boss Rush Part 2 mission plus balance and feature improvements. September will see the release of the game’s second DLC, Conqueror of Jiangdong, which will a new weapon type, new story, and other content. There will also be a free update in September that adds a Lies of P collaboration, a new Wizardry spell, and other adjustments.

October and November will see more balance and feature improvements, with the latter also including a Nioh collaboration in the free updates. Finally, December will see the release of a third DLC, Upheaval in Jingxiang, adding similar levels of content as the first and second DLC, as well as another free update.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty puts players in the role of a nameless militia soldier fighting against demons and enemy soldiers with swordplay based on Chinese martial arts. It is available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
